The expenditures of this district should be planned in conjunction with the Custodian of School Moneys in order to coordinate the cash requirements of the municipality with those of the school system to avoid the need for borrowing by the municipality.
The request for operating funds from the Custodian of School
Moneys to the Secretary of the Board is to be presented to the Board monthly by
the Secretary in the form of a resolution and implemented by the Secretary
without further Board authority following the adoption of said resolution.
