The Superintendent of Schools shall prepare an emergency management plan to cover reasonable contingencies arising from man-made and natural disasters.
This Disaster Control Plan shall be reviewed with the appropriate staff to ensure the successful implementation of the plan in the event of an emergency, and it shall be updated each September or more frequently as needed.
