Activities of the last week:
Black River Middle School
- Continued installation of electrical – New Addition
- Completed installation of ceiling grid / carpet – Media Center
- Completed electrical for renovation area’s – Media Center lighting
- Continued installation of new addition plumbing – bathroom rough-in
- Continued masonry wall installation – new addition
Bragg Elementary School
- Continued exterior site work for building addition
- Continued rough / finish interior-exterior electric
- Commence grading and sidewalks for new courtyard
- Commenced installation underground plumbing – new addition
- Completed foundation waterproofing – New Addition
Dickerson Elementary School
- Continued rough interior / exterior electric
- Continue site-work for parking, roadway and drainage field
- Completed installation of new gas lines for additions
- Continued layout and installation of site piping for building sprinkler system
- Continued site-work for drainage field
- Commence concrete floor installation - K addition
- Continued installation of new gym foundations

Overall Project:

- Continue layout and installation of masonry walls for new building addition
- Commence installation of Media Center fixtures and furniture
- Continue installation of Electric / Plumbing / HVAC for new addition
- Continue installation of ceiling tile – Media Center
Bragg Elementary School
- Continue relocation of building electrical service
- Continue layout and grading of new courtyard
- Continue site work and building foundation back-fill
- Continue layout and installation of underground plumbing – new addition
- Commence installation of Media Center fixtures and furniture
Dickerson Elementary School
- Continue site-work for parking, roadway and drainage field
- Continue layout and installation – concrete floor – K wing
- Commence bathroom layout / rough-in for bathrooms – K wing
- Continue interior / exterior electrical
- Continue foundation layout and installation for Gym
Impact to Students & Staff:
Noise:
- Truck traffic and large machinery on site loading and unloading
Traffic and Parking:
- Construction contractor parking is designated to the rear parking, not near pool parking (Black River).
- Bragg and Dickerson parking lots have limited parking and revised traffic patterns, due to extensive site construction.
- Construction traffic and deliveries will be limited during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up.
Cleanup:
- Contractors were told to pick up any debris in the area.
- Roadways will have to be kept clean in front of school and nearby roads.
