Activities of the last week:
Black River Middle School
- Continued installation of electrical – New Addition
- Completed installation of ceramic tile- New Addition bathroom’s
- Continued painting interior walls – New addition
- Commenced interior student locker soffit – New Addition
- Completed service road paving
- Commenced replacement of exterior soffit panels for gym
Bragg Elementary School
- Continued plumbing, HVAC and electrical rough-in - New addition
- Commence roof blocking – New addition
- Continued HVAC installation – New addition
- Continued exterior masonry wall – New addition
Dickerson Elementary School
- Continued rough interior electric, plumbing, HVAC – K wing
- Commenced HVAC gas line installation – K addition
- Commenced service road paving – Bragg / Dickerson
- Commenced structural steel installation - Gym
- Continued underground plumbing installation – Gym addition
- Completed installation of roofing – K addition

Overall Project:
Black River Middle School
- Continue installation of interior finishes (painting, epoxy floors)
- Continue installation of Electric / Plumbing / HVAC for new addition
- Commence student locker layout and installation for new building addition
- Continue installation of new roof for new addition and soffit panels for gym
- Commence furniture/fixture layout installation – New addition
Bragg Elementary School
- Continue exterior masonry wall layout and installation – new addition
- Continue above ground plumbing rough-in – New addition
- Continue electrical conduit installation – New addition
- Continue site-work for parking, roadway and drainage
- Continue HVAC installation (piping / Hangers) – New Addition
Dickerson Elementary School
- Continue site-work for parking, roadway and drainage field
- Continue HVAC / Plumbing for new addition – K wing
- Continue interior / exterior electrical – K wing
- Continue structural steel installation for Gym
- Commence exterior window installation – K wing
Impact to Students & Staff:
Noise:
- Truck traffic and large machinery on site loading and unloading
Traffic and Parking:
- Construction contractor parking is designated to the rear parking, not near pool parking (Black River).
- Bragg and Dickerson parking lots have limited parking and revised traffic patterns, due to extensive site construction.
- Construction traffic and deliveries will be limited during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up.
Cleanup:
- Contractors were told to pick up any debris in the area.
- Roadways will have to be kept clean in front of school and nearby roads.
