Weekly Update

Activities of the last week:

  • Completed interior demolition ( Media Center / old shop area) – Black River Middle School
  • Completed installation of temporary egress doors – Black River Middle School

Scheduled Activities for the week of June 12– June 16, 2006

Overall Project:

  • Commence exterior site work for new addition – Black River Middle School
  • Commence footing and foundations for new addition – Black River Middle School
  • Commence interior demolition (6/16/06) – Black River Middle School

Impact to Students & Staff:

Noise:

  • Truck traffic and large machinery on site loading and unloading

Traffic and Parking:

    • Construction contractor parking is designated to the rear parking

    Cleanup:

    • Contractors were told to pick up any debris in the area.
    • Roadways will have to be kept clean in front of school and nearby roads.
