Weekly Update
Activities of the last week:
Black River Middle School
- Completed new 6th Grade Science room
- Completed renovation of (2) science rooms and (2) classrooms
- Commenced erection of new addition building steel
- Continued construction of vocal room, computer lab and teachers lounge
- Continued HVAC unit installation – Media Center
- Continued interior finishes – ceiling, painting, and floor finishes
- Completed township inspections
Bragg Elementary School
- Continued exterior site work for building addition
- Completed renovation of teachers lounge
- Continued interior electrical – Media Center and Computer Lab
- Continued rough / finish interior-exterior electric
- Commenced new addition foundation layout
- Completed township inspections
Dickerson Elementary School
- Continued rough interior / exterior electric
- Continued relocation of building electrical service
- Completed Nurse’s suite renovations
- Completed relocation of generator gas line
- Continued site-work for addition building pad (gym) and drainage field
- Continued installation of footing for K addition
- Commence installation of new gym foundations

Bragg Elementary School
- Continue interior electrical / lighting – Media / Computer Lab
- Continue interior painting, ceiling (Media/Computer lab)
- Continue relocation of building electrical service
- Continue new addition building foundation layout and installation
- Continue site work
Dickerson Elementary School
- Continue site-work for parking, roadway and drainage field
- Continue building footing installation for K addition
- Continue interior / exterior electrical
- Continue foundation layout and installation for Gym
Impact to Students & Staff:
Noise:
- Truck traffic and large machinery on site loading and unloading
Traffic and Parking:
- Construction contractor parking is designated to the rear parking, not near pool parking (Black River).
- Bragg and Dickerson parking lots have limited parking and revised traffic patterns, due to extensive site construction.
- Construction traffic and deliveries will be limited during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up.
Cleanup:
- Contractors were told to pick up any debris in the area.
- Roadways will have to be kept clean in front of school and nearby roads.
