Activities of the last week:
Black River Middle School
- Completed construction of new Vocal classroom
- Completed construction of new Teachers workroom
- Completed erection of new addition building steel
- Completed construction of SGI classroom
- Continued HVAC unit installation – Media Center
- Continued electrical and finishes for Computer Lab
- Completed radon system for new addition
Bragg Elementary School
- Continued exterior site work for building addition
- Continued interior electrical and lighting – Media Center and Computer Lab
- Continued rough / finish interior-exterior electric
- Continued new addition foundation layout and installation
Dickerson Elementary School
- Continued rough interior / exterior electric
- Commenced installation of new gas lines for additions
- Commenced layout and installation of site piping for building sprinkler system
- Continued site-work for drainage field
- Continued installation of footing for K addition
- Continued installation of new gym foundations

- Commenced layout and installation of concrete floor for new building addition
- Continue interior electrical and lighting for computer lab
- Continue interior renovation for Media Center
- Commence interior finishes for Media Center (painting and ceiling system)
- Continue underground plumbing for new addition
Bragg Elementary School
- Continue interior electrical / lighting – Media / Computer Lab
- Continue relocation of building electrical service
- Continue new addition building foundation layout and installation
- Continue site work
Dickerson Elementary School
- Continue site-work for parking, roadway and drainage field
- Continue building footing installation for K addition
- Continue interior / exterior electrical
- Continue foundation layout and installation for Gym
Impact to Students & Staff:
Noise:
- Truck traffic and large machinery on site loading and unloading
Traffic and Parking:
- Construction contractor parking is designated to the rear parking, not near pool parking (Black River).
- Bragg and Dickerson parking lots have limited parking and revised traffic patterns, due to extensive site construction.
- Construction traffic and deliveries will be limited during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up.
Cleanup:
- Contractors were told to pick up any debris in the area.
- Roadways will have to be kept clean in front of school and nearby roads.
