Algebraic Concepts

Number Sense: Manipulatives
The learner will be able to use manipulatives to demonstrate the following algebraic concepts: sets, elements of sets (a different shaped or colored manipulative can be used to represent a set of manipulatives), equal sets, and representative value. (NJCCCS 4.2, 4.3).
