Welcome from the tech department

The Technology Department of the Chester School District is responsible for planning, development, support, and maintenance of the technology program for the school district. The department is composed of District Technology Coordinator Chris Mcmanus, District Webmaster / Technician Moises Mendoza. These individuals are responsible for all facets of the program, and provide service and support for computer users in the schools district wide.

The responsibilities of the department include maintenance and support for desktop computers and  wireless laptop computers. Every computer has access to the Internet (filtered), as well as access to all of the educational materials available through our district servers. Desktop printers are located throughout the district and the technology staff provides maintenance and support for each of these. Email is provided for each staff member of the district. All computer users, are given a space on a network server to store data files as needed.
