Hello and welcome to kindergarten!  I am excited to begin the new year and meet all of my students.  I realize this year will look a little different but I promise to make your child feel safe, welcomed and loving school!

Below is the list of supplies that ALL kindergarten children will need for the school year.  I am also including additional supplies that your child will need for my class. 

2020-2021 Kindergarten Supply List  (also found on the Dickerson Webpage)

(1) Binder -  1 1/2 inch  

Crayons - Crayola - (twistable preferred)

(2) Dry Erase Markers - Expo - Black - Chisel 

(1) Eraser Large - 1 Pk

(2) Folders - Plastic & front pocket (not side pocket)

 (1) Elmers Glue Stick  .24 oz - 2 Pk

 (1) Markers - Crayola - Classic - 8 Ct - Thick 

(1) Scissors - Fiskar - Kids - 5 Inch - Blunt  

(1) Backpack (larger size to hold all supplies that need to go home daily)

(1) Pencil box

*2 spiral notebooks (one may be left at home)

*1 King Size Pillowcase or Towel (we felt the pillowcase may be lighter and easier to place in the backpacks but either option is fine to use)

*1 sock (for erasing the dry erase marker)

*1 pack Post-its

*2 Large ziplocks

NOTE: All pencil cases will be going home with your child each day. The pencil box should include a pencil, scissors, glue stick and crayons. Markers will be used occasionally but not often. These cases are going home so your child will have the supplies needed on their home day. However, if you would like to keep an extra supply of items at home, that may be helpful (but not necessary....just for those days pencil cases get left behind)
