I am seeking parent volunteers to assist with the preparations and dismantling of the student art exhibition. Through many hands, great things can come! I look forward to meeting you and working with you to make this art exhibit a success! The calendar below allows parent volunteers to sign up for when they can assist with hanging art, arranging showcases, hanging signs, making photocopies, or assisting with sculpture displays. 

The mandatory information meeting for all involved is May 21st from 10:30-11:30 and may run shorter if there are not many questions. 

The volunteer sign-up slots are one hour in length and start on the 22nd of May. You can sign up for as many or as few hours as you desire.  

There is also availability for volunteer support during the art exhibition and slightly after it on June 4th. We will review this information as well during the meeting on the 21st.
