Having discussed class rules with the students, and allowing their input for any changes or modifications, rules infractions are

as follows:

 Health

1.   Verbal Warning
2.   Change in seat
3.   Lunch Detention
4.   Parent phone call/email
5.   Principal/ Teacher/ Student conference

 Phys. Ed.

1.  Verbal Warning
2.  Student to sit out of the activity
3.   Lunch Detention
4.   Parent phone call/email
5.   Principal/ Teacher/ Student conference

Exception - a student that has created a potentially dangerous situation that may result in injury.

Grading Criteria

Quizzes - 30%

Given after every lesson to evaluate student’s understanding

Tests - 50%

Given at the end of each chapter/unit to assess and close

Classroom Assignments - 20%

Given daily for understanding and reinforcement
