Dr. Van Woert has stated, “We have so many aspects of educational excellence in effect throughout the district already. I hold the teaching and administrative staff in the highest regard. They are the primary reason why the Chester School District has such an unparalleled reputation. My goal is to help tie all of these approaches together into a cohesive whole that can unite all three of the schools to create a common understanding of what is effective teaching and learning practices uniformly applied to all of Chester’s children."
